In all these years, the Upper Perk School District
has taken no action to change this
No Sidewalks. No School Zone Postings.
No Flashing Amber Lights.
Not Even a 'Watch Children' sign.
A new middle school on Montgomery Ave. near the high school will not only increase traffic but it will combine inexperienced HS drivers and walking pre-teens in an area that is already unsafe for our high school children.
We Don't Need a New Middle School.
They WANT a New Middle School.
