School board president, John Farris firmly says "YES" to risk wasting taxpayer's money to start building a new middle school in September even if the decision will be overturned by the majority after the elections in November.
The elections in May should have reminded our district that Upper Perk is part of a government in which the supreme power is vested in the people under a free electoral system. There is a reasonable possibility that the new middle school project will get shut down after the majority votes in November. Yet, the district still wants to move ahead and start construction in September even if it means risking a lot of money. Sign the 'Pause The Project' petition!
