in the area?  

Isn't there a dam in the Green Lane Reservoir?  

What's the potential issues with the dam?  

Does Upper Hanover Township have any rules, regulations or ordinances related to explosives being used in their area?  

Would that even matter since the residents are on the Pennsburg side? 

Would a rule, regulation or ordinance from Pennsburg even mean anything if the blasting is done on the Upper Hanover side of Montgomery Avenue?

Is the School District going to ask for another waiver?  

Is there anyone in the community that can help put our concerns to rest?
