The district is planning to use the existing middle school
for grades 4 and 5.
At this time, there are no plans to fix anything
prior to the 4th and 5th graders being moved into
the current middle school.
Why is the "aging" building not acceptable for the middle school children, but good enough for the 4th and 5th graders?

The district wants to adopt a whole new grade structure:
Grades K-3 at Marlborough Elementary
Grades K-3 at Hereford Elementary
Grades 4-5 at the existing Middle School
Grades 6-8 at the new Middle School
Grades 9-12 at the High School
Is the plan to reduce student population in each school
so we can have many vacant classrooms?
